Sheep Management

Efficient sheep production through good management can have a big influence on farm profitability. In many sheep enterprises there are few fixed costs, but many variable costs associated. This opens an opportunity to sheep farmers to scrutinise their operational costs and improve efficiency.

Efficiency of production can be improved through a number of ways including genetics, health, infrastructure, feed quality etc. Each farm is different therefore different strategies will work for different systems.
